melb crop day and some scrapping sneaks!

i will be having a melb crop night on saturday the 17th april in belgrave, not sure why blogger isn't letting me paste the details so i will link you here to the details in the shop.

tickets purchase is essential so that i can cater and set up for the correct amount.

it will be charmane's last crop day before she moves to SA :(

i have also asked her to bring along her learning ladder stuff, to help her out with her new business venture. learning lader is great quality, learning books and games, all really greaT VALUE.

anyway it would be great to see any newies at the crop or any oldies that haven't been for a while too :)

and the scrapping-

i've just started this one which is a monthly sample over at bons, you'll have to check the forum on the 1st of may!

this one is a naughty sneak, but i had to show off these alphas, arent they just devine!!!

i think i have a couple of packets left instore, i think charmane has a sneak up somewhere too.

all funds will be going towards getting equipment for a sensory room, orgnised by a good friend of mine whose son has autism.

i think as soon i started chatting to you i knew we would be awesome friensd. there was an instant connection like i had found a long lost sister.

i am so thankful to you and your family for opening your home and life to us.

you made us feel welcome and comfortable at all times :)

a couple of shots i took at the local lake near sandies place.

we took the kids there to let gary and sandie have some time before he left for work ;)

the tuesday before we left we had planned to go to the theme park.

we couldn't believe it when we arrived and it was SHUT!!!

so we went to another place called the grerat escape.

we had lunch on this beautiful beach!

how gorgeous is it!!!

these are at the perth zoo. the weather was perfect, and it was a great day trip.

we were really lucky when we first arrived and sat down for lunch they were walking the elephant around the picnic area. the kids loved it.

and one last shot...

on our last day we suprised the beautiful, talanted and most gorgeous and funny woman.

she was teaching a class at the local scrap shop and we just hPPENED TO BE IN HER CLASS.

her expression when she saw us was PRICELESS!

perth part 2.

i'm back already...

first up is a group shot of the kiddies from mthe chocolatre factory.

this is the view looking back at the resort from the gate leading to the beach.

i took the next few shots on my selfpunnishment day, after eating all of that chocolatr i made myself walk 6.5km in the soft sand.

you can hardly call it punnishment when it looks like this.

it was really nice to get some time to myself {without the kids}

and this is looking down from my balcony, how sweet.

next are from busselton jetty. the worlds longest jetty, which we couldn't walk down because some a$$hole adolesants had burnt it down :(
it was still beautiful though!

i had the most awesome time in perth with my beautiful friend sandie and her family.

i feel so greTFUL to have a friend like her, i'm pretty sure she knows how much her friendship means to me , dont you babe??

it was also soooo great to catch up with my other perth chickies!

i just love this shot of lacey and kyle with our plane behind them...

these first few are from our trip over to penguin island.

we took the ferry over and then we went on a glass bottom boat tour to see the seals.

and, how cute are these little ducklings!!!

they were at the resort that we stayed at, the kids just loved feeding them all of our bread!!!

wanting to quit scrapping, and not be involved in the scrapping community, based on a few heartless peoples opinions, opinions that tore right to my soul.

i would love to send out a big thank you to all of the girls at bon's scraps for being there for me and believing in me, even when i couldn't believe in myelf. your kind words meant the world to me, i have a very special bunch of girls at bons and i am soooo greatful for everyone of them.

i also want to thank kim at scrapbook creations for also believing in me, and giving me the opportunities that she has. she has been very understanding with me and everything that has been going on in my life. you are a beautiful person kim :) and i hope you are happy with what i have sent to you.

on another note, bon's cybercrop is on tuesday night, 8:30 MELB time, it would be lovely to see some new faces or some old ones back as well. the fabulous Sandie MAllon will also be running a FREE online class on the night using our AWESOME jan girl kits.

well if you visit bons i am sure you have noticed we have some big things happeneing..

i'm really excited about it all, it feels great to be able to give the reigns to someone else and let someone else do some work on bons..

I'm really loving what my web designer is doing and looking forward to everything being finished!

I spent most of the weekend working on the shop and then yesterday i held my crop day.

It was great to just hang out with such a lovely and friendly group of women.

we had 3 GOGREOUS bubs there and they were all soooo well behaved!

it was also lovely to meet you skye :)

It is school holidays and today was family day, making up for being away yesterday, SO the kids and i took a walk around the lake, it was a beautiful day and it was so nice to just reflect on everything and be thankful for my beautiful kids, loving husband and gorgeous friends. I love having that time to reflect, it makes you realise how truely lucky you are.

after the walk we called into the shops and got a few dvds, looking forward to sitting with the kids and watching them.

the current SC!!! & fathers day...

i'm so excited and i can't wait to get this months issue of scrapbooking creations!!

i have a big feature in there on mini albums!!!

I poured my absoloute heart and soul into this feature, so i cant wait to get it!!

now for fathers day, and the photo OVERLOAD!!!

i love them all, here is about a quarter of what i took!!!!

i cant wait to make a mini out of these!!!

when we got up in the morning we decided to let matt have a sleep in, so i gave lacey brekky and we went for a walk to the supermarket to get the bacon....

i can not believe the amount of men we saw up there buying their own bacon, poor guys...

we got home and cooked him this-

because i knew i was going to take some awesome piccies i made him go and have a shower and get dressed before he could get his pressies, MEAN huh!!!!!

then after lacey has a sleep we went over to matts parents, it was so good to see them again, and also matts sister clare... she made the best chocolate pudding i have EVER had!!! OMG!!!

so i ordered them all out to the yard for some snaps.

then we headed over to my parents place!! mum was in the garden... i think she might be ill ROFL!!!!

we weren't there for long :(

and by the time we got there it was getting dark and the kids were grumpy and over it, but i still ordered them to the steps for shots...

i always seem to forget to take piccies with the grandparents so i'm going to make a concious effort from now on!

i'm so sad that i forgot to get a shot of dad and me, considering it's OUR fathers day IYKWIM.

scrapping wise i have nothing that i am allowed to show you!!! so i will leave you on this fabulous thursday with this little snippit!

today has been a good day for me.

on wednesday matt and i took lacey and half the neighbourhood to the park...

all the boys kicked the footy and me and lacey played, it was so fun to get out of the house even though it was freezing and blowing a gale...

I'm really really struggling with getting nice piccies of lacey and all the ones of the boys are blurry :( but here are a few i got-

well, it's been a long time...

lots has happened...

YESTERDAY bon's scraps turned 3, soooo exciting, and i am so proud of my achievment...

...

I am on the cover of the current Scrapbooking creations.. while very exciting i was really dissapointed with the whole feature, the photographer is USELESS!!!!

...

the retreat was fabulous for the most part, there was a big hiccup at the end, i wont go into details, but it really sucks when you think someone is a friend... I have been so hurt and upset, but i have moved on....

it was so fabulous to meet some new people and it was great to see some interstate friends again!!!!

...

I currently have a DT comp running in the forum and i'm looking forward to welcoming 2 new people to the team.

peta has resigned her spot, which is well overdue considering the circumstances, and sadly tam is leaving the team, i wish them both well in their future endeavours.

been busy of course, prepairing for the upcoming retreat..

only 3 weeks to go and i CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

i had a big scare a couple of weeks ago with dylan in hospital with concussion. Very scary...

these photos make me want to cry :(

just glad he is ok....

mind you i had to pick him up from school agan today as he bumped his head again...

i had the lovely peta over for a couple of days all the way from NSW, it was great and we had such fun!! LOADS of chat and laughs, not to mention shopping.

can you tell i've had a few in that last one or what ROFL!!!

we went out for dinner with some friends and called into mackas for desert...

we went to the birdies again with some friends on the holidays, it was great..

dylan was scared of the birds even though he was the one that was upset that he missed out last time... and kyle LOVED it even though he didn't even want to go.

i was WRAPPED to get a nice photo of the 3 even if dylan is shooting passersby!

well it was supposed to be a day...

my brother went in for emergengy surgery and ended up in ICU...

so on wednesday, matt had the day off and i had an appiontment to make some last arrangments, confirm numbers etc... for the retreat. It was very exciting, means it's getting very close! There is also room for one more person to come, if you're interested let me know.

then afterwards we went to the tea rooms at grants park. I just love it there, it's so beautiful.

I have to name 7 things love.

1. my husband. I love him soooo much, he is my rock and my strengh. My shoulder to cry on, the centre of my everything..

2.. My kidlets.. They make my woprld SHINE! all special in their own way, i love them all equally and more than they will ever know.

3. SCRAPPING!!!! My SANITY, release... my break from my crazy life HAHA!!!

4. My fantastic friends. The special ones you all know who you are, always there to listen to me whinge, chat and laugh with on msn almost daily ;)

5. shopping, whethre for scrapping supplies or clothes for Lacey, i love the feeling of a good purchase...

6. home. our house certainly isn't a castle, and certainly not sparkly clean, but i love it... it's our home with our dreams and our memories, it's where i feel safe and comfortable.

7... creamy mushroom cup a soup, yes weird i know, but mmmm so good on a cold day.

i'm sure all my fabulos friends already have this award, but i'm going to give it to my friends who by chance haven't already got it.

OK no scrapping to show... still working on the commission work for scrapbooking creations. Cant wait to finish it, it was to say the leave a little over ambitious.

i'm so far behind...

time to catch up....

So.............................................

i'd been planning for the longest time to go to geelong, the family trip!!!

i finally set a date, and we got up early ready for the 2 hour drive. It was overcast but not raining so we set off.

then it started raining 10 mins into the drive!

Matt and i didn't really want to drive 2 hours to geelong to be in the rain so we took a detour to phillip island.

It was cold and windy and horrible, but it was a family day out, a rairity these days....

so here are some piccies!

we had fish and chips at the beach at cowes, it was FREEZING...

we didn't even head down to the water, after that we went to the nobbies.

you can just tell how wet and cold and windy it was by the photo of the water.

so it's 2009!!

christmas has been and gone, time to start looking forward to making some goals, both personal and scrapping wise.

My biggest goal for the year is to get on a cover, how fantastic would that be!

other smaller goals include-

maintain my fabulous relationship with hubby.

have happy healthy kidlets...

walk and exercise more, to maintain the goal weight i finally reached last year after loosing 14kg, at that point in my life, the heaviest i had ever been after going through slight depression before getting pregnant with lacey..

just a few happy snaps i took the other day....

and look at the sweet little poppet, she has been sitting for a little while, so sweet. And i'm glad that she is both sitting and crawling BEFORE we get our photos done by the FABULOUS racheal richter!!! I can hardly wait.

and most importantly, i've told her EXACTLY what i want so i know i will be happy this time.

my sweet lacey is growing up

so quickly :(

she is now 6 months old, this is her last time in the capsule.

yesterday the little poppet said mama for the first time {18- 09 - 08} It was the best feeling even though it wasn't directed at me!

she has been saying da da for a little while, but not in relation to matt!

footy season has finished YAY!!

next year will be much better, Lacey will be at a better age and i will be able to ENJOY it.

I've been doing a fair bit of scrapping, but i only really have one i can share-

i love this page and especially the photo, it was taken in JAN 2006 when we went to the great ocean road for a couple of weeks!

Bon's Scrap Bonanza is a comp that will run through bon's scraps forum.

The competition will run for 4 weeks beginning on - FRIDAY the 6th of June, at which time registration will close.

There will be a weekly challenge set {the first one will be on the 6th of June}, and there will be ONE prize per week to the value of up to $25. LO's for these challenges will be due on the following THURSDAY at midnight.

The competition will be run by a point system.

you can gain points by- Scrapping, chatting & buying.

5 points- for completing and uploading the weekly challenge.*

3,2 & 1 point- awarded for top 3 entries per week as awarded by the DT 2 points- ANY bon's challenge completed and uploaded {per one} this also includes challenge bon, past & present*

2 points- per friend introduced to the forum.

1 point- per $10 spent at bon's scraps {does not include prizes used}

1 point- per 10 posts in the forum {you will be required to post your post tally on the first day of the comp}

bonus points-

5 points- for cyber crop attendance.

20 points total- for attending CC and completing all challenges.

The competition will end on Friday the 4th of July and the winners will be announced on the forum shortly afterwards.

The main prizes will be awarded to the 3 people with the highest total of points

the main prizes-

1st prize will be $75 credit to spend at Bon's Scraps**

2nd prize will be a 12 x 12 leather album by making memories.

yes, i'm a very bad blogger!
so much going on, so little time.

Lacey is growing up sooooo quickly, and while she still isn't sleeping during the day, the nights are fantastic, and she is not screaming all day, which is a good thing.

She just adores her little pony {or giraffe, whatever it is} teddy, and cuddles it ALREADY, it is soooooo cute.

the impossible task of getting a nice photo of the 3 kids continues....

i love these 2 piccies i took the other day, so cute.

My days seem to be filled with trips in and out of the car, between school, kindy & footy.

Kyle has started footy, it is so cute. He is so tall & stocky, and is one of the biggest in the team. He loves it, and i enjoy going to watch. Here he is on his first game...

I have been SCRAPPING lots {well not as much as i'd like, but alot more than i did while pregnant}

I had a fantastic mothers day, the boys were well behaved {sorta} and Lacey was good while kyle played footy. I cooked a lovely roast for my parents and my brother for dinner, it was so yummy. I got some lovely stuff that the boys had made, including a bag, so cute and matt gave me some $$ to go shopping and buy some clothes.

now if you've managed to get this far, make sure you pop into the shop, we're having 25% off storewide till midnight the 14th of may.

Lacey Olivea arrived on Sunday the 9th of March at 6:00am.

she weighed 8lb 4 oz and was 51 cm long.

It was a very scary birth and we are very lucky to have her here.

I'M SLOWLY MAKING MY WAY THROUGH THE MILLIONS OF PHOTOS.

FIRST ARE A FEW FROM DYLANS CRECHE CHRISTMAS BREAKUP. we went with ebony immy & madeline.

here are a few from dylan's birthday. My bubba turned 4 on the 21st of dec :(

these few are from morning tea, just had ebony, immy, madeline, renae, cooper and amber over. Dylan and immy took over the camera once again.

the rest of the day was pretty uneventful till after dinner when the nanas and poppy/poppa's and the uncles came over. I was too lazy to make a cake, so we just got a cheesecake. He loved all his pressies, esp his bike and his bumblebee transformer!

and here it is, my latest page.... I've been a little scrapping slack, but hopefully the weather will settle a bit so i can get some stuff done. It reads- "It's a girl and it's a sister" Dylan ALWAYS says this while cuddling my belly, so it was a fitting title. Underneath in the white stickers reads- time will tell if you are right.

BIG NEWS~ buzz and bloom has hit the shop!
I've been really busy this week, but not alot to share.

I'm having a bit of an offf week with scrapping and have only done 2 LOs. The monthly theme from bon's why not pop in and have a look, the winner every month is guest DT for the next month. HOW awesome are those MME rub-ons, I just love them.

And a sample for Bon's CC, there is stll time to get involved if you like, Lo's are due on friday at midnight. The criteria is- Photo of or with a friend{s} a quote, and hand and machine stitching, they have to be different colours. Once again, I love those crafty matters circles {exclusive to bons}

we went to my parents for the day and for dinner on sunday, so that was nice. Turns out i haven't been there in 6 weeks, So apparently i'm a slacker and need to go over more often.

It was my little brothers 22nd birthday on wednesday so we all went out for dinner. It was nice, as it's not something that we do very often.

Matt and kyle are home today, and dylan is going to creche, so i'd say we'll take the kite over to the park or something nice for him.

We finally got a court date (for Kyle's name change) - 13th of August, So that is very exciting. Then finally we will all be johnnos! {johnstones}

yep, i been scrappin.

I also had another acceptance for a LO at SM! YAY!

this is my entry over at scrap jacked! It actually worked out really well, i wanted the arrow to be gold, so i used gold inkpad, but it just wouldn't dry... So i decided to cover with DM! FUNNY thing happened, it started to change colour, i couldn't believe it i was freaking out. BUT it changed to grren! YAY!

this next one is for the 1,2,3 CC, you had to pick a sketch, use white C/S &

a song title from the list, I am really, really happy with this one! Probably one of my all time favs! AND how awesome is that flower centre, they are EXCLUSIVE to bon's Scraps! Woo Hoo!

this third one is for challenge #2 at the 1,2,3 CC, {but i can't win cause i'm donating an AWESOME prize!} criteria- speech bubble, 2 from the fads/ fashion/ slang 80s list, and flourish...

i used flourishy paper, and my fashions were- blue eye shaddow {lotsa blue} and crimped hair {i did loads of zig zag stitching, and used some zig zag frills}

I'm really loving this page, but it looks heaps better IRL!

happy birthday to my darling husband Matt, who turned 36 yesterday! & also to Melanie's DH peter :)

As you can see i forgot to get a cake, but as I invited everyone over for waffles with jam and cream we used that instead!

Well, I can now only show you 2 of the 3 LO's as one has been picked up for publication! YAY! Also i'm working on a mini album for my DH';s birthday, but i didn't get it finished in time... I will have to get onto it!

OMG you have no idea how hard it was to match paper with these photos! But i'm happy with the outcome!

this LO is of my G/F's 2 daughters, I've had this photo since november, but was just waiting for the right paper and to feel READY to scrap it, being the most gorgeous photo ever and since i'm giving it to her, i just wanted it to be perfect!

I announced my first guest DT for the shop, Rachael merrick, Very deserving... BUT it was a tough decission. Make sure you get this months monthly in to be in the running for guest DT for JULY!

OH and i've been asked to become a regular contributor for the scrap the girls blog, so I'm looking forward to SCRAPPING MORE PINK!

ok, so this is really late, but it was such a job to go through and edit all the photos!

I won't really write anything much except, both of the mums had been whinging about not having any good photos from our wedding, and i'd just finished dylans little mini album, so i decided to make them a mini album each for mothers day from our wedding. I used the maya rd mini album as a template and i made the whole thing from scratch. The covers are covered in vinyl that i got from spotlight, i got a really long strip for about $4, great value! They were both very similar, but at the front where the families are were a bit different. Oh and for the opening page i used left over stuff from my wedding invites, even the same font :)

a couple of pages to share and a couple of mini albums, that will have to wait hehehe...

but first of all, I have finally been published! It's in a spin off of SC called -scrapbooking basics #1.. AND i've got 3 whole pages! can you believe that! I'm so excited! And congrats to charm, who is also in the mag AND on the front cover!

First up is my take on the monthly challenge at bon's scraps to use a mummy-ism, good old saying that your mum said! worth entering as the winner will be this months guest DT, and recieve a care package and a % off their next order, wish i could enter HEHEHE! So here is is and i've used HEAPS of new stock from the shop, you can see the product list in the gallery.

next up is my sample of the book of us for this week. The challenge is to use 2 colours together that you wouldn't normally use, and LOTS of rub-ons! I'm loving the red and green together! adn definatly loving the daisy d's rub-on titles.

A new comp running over at bon's scraps -You can join when you want, start it when you want, the theme is up to you.... no pressure - just ever Friday we will be giving you a new Challenge to work on (you must complete the challenge in the week time frame though to be in the running for the prize!)....and you do not have to do every week, you can pick and choose what suits. But if you complete two of the challenges per month you will be in the running for a $10 Voucher - TOO easy!!!! The Challenges will be TOTALLY different each week so go and check it out!!!!
ALSO- this will be an ongoing thing... no eliminations or anything like that! I have a few themes picked out already so this wil be great to force me to get stuck into some albums :)

I have decided on a book of US theme for this one, meaning all photos must have more than one person in them! but you can choose any theme that you like! this is going to be fun!

SO I HAVE BEEN TAGGED, BY EVERYONE!!!!

so here they are, 7 random facts!

1) I was born in new zealand!
2) I love my job! Having the business and being able to work whenever i want is just the best, but can sometimes be very time consuming.
3) Iwas with my husband for 6 years before we finally got married earlier this year!
4) I grew up with 2 brothers and a sister, all younger than me. I also have another brother who will forever be 1 month old. He is in newzealnd which is very hard!
5) While having 10 BLOOD uncles and aunties, we never see any of them, my dads family is in new zealand and my mums family don't talk to each other. (it's sad, but was great for the wedding budget)
6) I LOVE blue.... Nearly every page i scrap has blue on it.... I'm currently doing a mini album of Dylan and nearly the whole thing is BLUE!
7) I've been scrapping for nearly 3 years! and desperatly need albums to put all my pages in (yes i know i have a shop, and therefore should have albums)

The thursday before easter (i just got the pics off a friend) we went to F/G and they had on free crafts for kids and then the easter bunny came. We also went for lunch and took the kids to the library to borrow some books! they had heaps of fun.

well, i know Dylan loves me, but he is just such a daddys boy! this morning the kids were out the front playing and i was out the back hanging the washing out. then the boys come around the corner of the house and Dylan is crying!

on good friday i went to the crop 4 kids day to help support the royal childrens hospital!

it was a great day, but it went so fast!

i am well and truely a SLACK blogger!
not alot going on here! My brother has FINALLY got a job, with my husband! HA,HA- my trusy littl spy!
My parents are in brisbane visiting my sister! and celebrating their wedding anniversery. So hat will be nice for them!

Dylan has decided that he is big enough to ride a 2 wheeler now, so he's been riding kyles, so ther goes his birthday present! he's so cute cruising around and it amazes me how quickly he picked it up. And another thing thats VERY cute- when he goes quickly he sticks his tongue out!

on tuesday matt and i went for a nice romantic picnic on tuesday, had the day to ourselves with kyle at school and dylan at creche. And see the gazebo in the back ground??? thats where we got married. It was nice to just reflect on the day...

On tuesday night i went to fleurs place for a stampin up demo, done by herself... you did a great job, you clever chookie!!!

The other night i made pancakes! and i got this adorable pic of my boys and the neighbours son eating their HUGE pancakes! so cute.

and i also love this LO.. took me ages! It has also got hidden journalling which i accidentally sewed in while sewing the sequins and beads!

This was for one of the 1,2,3 challenges... CC challenge #1 - Buttons, Bling & Chipboard, but not hard enough for me so i made charm give me a colour scheme- and she gave me B&W!! I love it.

NEXT- he's mine- for the 1,2,3 CC, challenge #2 - Polka Dots, use quote "Learn from yesterday, Live for today, hope for tomorrow" & Fabric... i'm really happy with this one too.

more insanity- i didn't have polka dot PP so i made my own! i covered the monos with CS and the hole punched white CS and stuck them on! took me forever, but i love it!

NEXT- stars.

this was completed for the top 50 CC, the criteria was STARS! and i used plenty of them. most of the stuff on this LO was new stock for the shop! lots of dotted doodling! LOVE IT but very time consuming!

NEXT- honeymoon sunsets!

this is my LO for the top 50 monthly challenge! the criteria is- paint. But beacuse that wasn't challenging enough for me i asked charm to add, so she added- arrows and 3 or more photos.

and cause i'm a little insane i asked fleur to add a couple too. So she added - hole punching and 3 different brands of PP!

And lastly if you've made it this far!

BUICK! I was so happy that i got this car for my wedding! Especially at such a good price and on a long weekend! It was just beautiful!

So i'm finally a MRS!!!!!!!!!

So all that planning, stressing, organizing, setting up, days of choosing, and it's all been and gone like it was never here!

From the 1st of january i've been checking the 28 day forecast for rain!!!

And up until the 24th or thereabouts it said 0% chance of rain. I was EXCITED!!!

till one morning i got up and suddenly it said 50%!

every time the news came on and it would say showers for sunday i would instantly feel sick and feel like crying! (mainly because it was in the garden and we didn't have a backup plan :(

My dress fittiing went well, no alterations needed and my sister arrived on wed, it was great to see her. Her dress looked great and it was all falling into place.

Sat was VERY hectic, setting up the hall, getting my nails done, rehearsal etc......... I think i got home at about 1am, and matt was asleep on the couch!!! i felt so bad waking him up & kicking him out!

I awoke to a GREY sky and bucketing rain. I was devistated!

Come 11am it was black out and still bucketing down!!! I was so upset and unfortunatly the kids copped my bad mood! I felt so bad, but i just sent them to their rooms, i just needed to calm down!

by about 1 it had started to clear, still quite grey, but i didn't want to get too excited!

My flowers arrived at about 2!!!! then it started to hit me........... I was really getting married! The flowers were just beautiful!!!! By 3 it was getting crazy at my place. The photographer arrived at about 3:20 and we were all running around like headless chooks!!!!

My car arrived at quarter to 4, but i wanted to be fasionably late, so leaving at 4 should have been fine- except matt's dad took forever to get back to pick the kids up and it's not like we could leave them here!

Finally on the way there! One of the main things i can remember from the day! arriving at the garden, the hood coming off the car and the driving up the hill to the garden- It was one of the best feelings i've ever experienced, that is untill i saw everyone standing there waiting for me. I was a little panicked!

Standing there about to walk down the aisle and i look at the boys and you just wouldn't believe it!!!!! NO RINGS!!!!!!!! I must've picked up the rings maybe 4 times and said- "DON"T FORGET THE RINGS"!!!!

Of course i just burst into tears!

thankfully my brother flew back to my place to pick them up..

Other than all that the weather cleared up, the day was beautiful, the ceremony was really nice, The reception didn't quite go to plan, but no one noticed, so i suppose it doesn't really matter! we finally left the reception at about 11 to meet the photographer in the city, he (ashan, charms partner) got some FANTASTIC shots.

OK i'm so tired and all that now so i'll just brief the honeymoon-

it was UNREAL!! Matts boss paid for us to go on a house boat for 4 nights- I thought i was going to hate it, but i really loved it! so unexpected! The boat was really nice, had a bedroom, toilet shower etc..... but we were in such a rush packing that we left the towels at home!!! and all of my tops, and my shaver!!!! So my first shower before we got a chance to get a towel i had to use the spare pillow cases to dry myself!

I enjoyed it so much that we are all going back next year with the kids and our parents, our shout to say thanks for all their help with the wedding!

Oh and just quickly while i rememberon the noneymoon - i broke my toe, and got REALLY, REALLY BURNT!!!!! but still loved it!

ME FISHING!!! we actually caught 1 flatty the night before we came home at about 9:00, IT WAS YUMMY!!

us this morning! sad to be coming back to reality, but glad to be seeing the kids! (sorta)

and i just like this one so here it is!!! I took about 200 photos, but don't want to bore you with all the amazing sunsets ETC!!!!!

how peacful is this??? we stayed here the second last night! It was amazing!

What a fantastic day i had today!!! I met Anna and her family all the way from perth! and look what she made! WHAT AN ABSOLOUTE GEM!!!!!! I LOVE IT!! so of course i was naughty and tried it all on, bar my dress (which is still on order). She has done an amazing job!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ANNA!!! and you couldn't meet a friendlier couple!!! And their little girl is just beautiful! they are so much more shiner than the pic shows, but i'm just over the moon!

and this is me being naughty with my veil on! (PSssT- i also tried my garter and my ring and was parading around the house, HE,HE, HE)

This is me and kyle at the train station waiting for the train- ONE of the few aims for the year- Take more photos of me. I may not like them now, but i will regret later if i don't have them!kyle had his first trip on a train yesterday on the was he was VERY excited!!! On the train on the way there he was talking about aLL THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT, and the ones that he still needed to go on- a tram and a plane. Since we were going to the museum i told him that we would probably go on a tram too- His reply- can we go on a plane today too?????? UM, i think i may need a bit more time to organize that one kyle!!!

also another funny one. When we arrived at flinders st station kyle asks- "what country are we in now mummy?" COUNTRY??? we didn't even leave the state!

we had ALOT of fun at the museum, just kyle and i (dylan does creche on tuesdays) and they had a free show going "bug circus", we weren't going to see it, but then i thought we would just have enough time. So glad we did, it was great! very funny. And such a fantastic, affordable day out- children & concession are free and adults are only $6.. The city circle tram is free and we only paid for the train and lunch. The highlight of the day- the dinosaur bones (not half supprised though are you)

and this is my son dylan asleep, HE IS OBSESSED with cars!!! I love this picture because i can just picture him in his dreams directing traffic, CARS........

I'll include some pics from creche, he is so cheeky, and is just so over the camera, that it is near impossible to get a photo of him looking at the camera... how the one where i've been calling him to look at the camera fopr about 5 mins and he's just sittin there laughing at me (it is cute though.)

and then there was christmas, lunch with my family at mum & dad's and dinner with matt's parents at their place.. LOTS of yummy food, and of course we all ate way too much..

the kids had a ball, and loved all of their presents. BLOGGER IS NOT LIKING MY CHRISTMAS PHOTOS, SO I WILL HAVE TO TRY AGAIN NEXT TIME.

well,
four kg to go!!!!! BUT- i bought a box of roses today, like the biggest one, to share around for these cute little tins i'm making, but i've eaten HALF of the box.... OPPPSSY!!!
anyway here is what i've been up to-

this one is for kyle's teacher for christmas, along with the remaining chocolates that i didn't eat!!!!
*I also picked up the boys suits for the wedding yesterday and i think they might have to try them on again "JUST IN CASE", and i may notice the camera sitting on the table calling out to me and then i may just have to show you all just how adorable they are going to be!!!!!
Anyways- I've got matt's christmas breakup tonight yay.... hear the enthusiasm in my voice? AND to top it off i had this months CC planned for tonight, and matt only told me a couple of days ago!! not happy jan!!!! and his parents are coming here to watch the kids and there's mess everywhere and i can't drag myself out there to clean it up.
The mess is maily due to the fact that i had big dramas with the company that was hosting the forum for the shop, and i've spent the past couple of days building a new forum from scratch.. I knew i should have just gone through the same company, oh well kind of all fixed now. I'm also thinking about doing some kind of study into web design, if i can build a shop, a gallery and a forum ALL BY MYSELF, then why not???
Hopefully after the wedding i will make some time to play around with it a bit more and make it pretty, but it works and thats what matters for now!!!!

7 WEEKS TO GO!!!!!!

i can't believe it....
7 weeks!!!!!!!
and i'm half way to my target! I've lost five kg, and hope to lose another 5 by the wedding, 5kg in 7 weeks- acheivable!!!!
i feel organized, excited and finally i feel my life is all coming together.
On tuesday i will have my hair and make-up trial- and that's very exciting, (i almost asked her if she was bringing her magic wand, but then decided against it!)
my veil and garter arrived this week, and i'm sure i've tried on my veil at least a hundred times!!!!!
It is so frustrating my sister being in brisbane, trying to organize stuff for her!!! but i think we're finally there.
**ANNA** is also making my jewellery.

**my first magazine advertising for the shop comes out tomorrow (i think) I really hope that it brings in some business, but i know it's that time of year.

It's quickly approaching that time of the year again.

Scary, it scares me how every year just seems to go so much quicker than the last.
So anyway the other day we met matt's mum at myer so that we could organize his suit for the wedding. ( i actually had to bribe and drag him) Why do some men hate the shops?? I must say he's quite a clown sometimes, but i love that he makes me laugh so much- on the phone to his mum he says to her how come bonnie is allowed to see me in my dress and i'm not allowed to see her in hers....
Anyway, He looks VERY handsome.
While we were there the kids found santa, so Jenny decided to get santa pics.

not the best photo, but better than none, i suppose.

I had my first cybercrop on sunday, and ends tonight. It was fun, but would've bee a bit better if i was feeling better.
I did one of the challanges-
I had to use one brand only- I used the new brand PIGGY TALES- i love it.
also only opne photo and a one word title. Again not the greatest pic, but oh well. If i can drag myself to my scrap desk, after ring searching today i will try to complete another of the challanges. Still not feeling the greatest, but the wedding is only 9 weeks away and i have been advised to get onto the ring NOW with christmas in between, alot of places close.

Still waiting to hear back from the BISHOP as to whether the priest can marry us in the garden.. I really am not liking the wait.

I have decided that i love ebay- I have searched high and low for a lemon coloured garter,and where did i find it- ebay of course!!!!
and under $10 including post. YAY!!!!

#1- use only black white and 1 other colour.

& Had to keep it simple.

#2- create a double, with a title and journalling, and it had to have a large curve.

i only did 2 of the 3 challanges, i couldn't find a girly photo to add glitter and bling too....
